Common Problems you may have:

Freezer is Not Freezing

• Make sure the controls are not set too warm
• Prolonged door openings or not closing securely can make it run too often
• Make sure hard-to-freeze items are not stored in the freezer door
• Too much warm food added at one time

Icemaker Does Not Make Ice

• Check to see if the stop arm is in off [UP] position
• Make sure the water supply is not turned off
